Responsabilidades Esenciales:
Responder las llamadas entrantes a través de Cuadro Telefónico. Manejar volumen.
Atender consultas recibidas a través del Chat.
Conocer nuestro producto para poder atender adecuadamente las peticiones de nuestros asegurados y socios de negocio.
Atender o canalizar preguntas o consultas.
Procesar pagos.
Programar pagos.
Registro de Leads en CRM.Preparar, documentar y tramitar el depósito diario en el banco.
Recoger correspondencia en el correo. Distribución de correspondencia por departamento. Procesar y enviar por correo Avisos de Cancelación (mailing list) o Reinstalación.
Realizar llamadas de cobro, en estrategia coordinada con el Canal de Distribución.
Mantener el Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) actualizado con la información de contacto y documentando todas las interacciones con clientes y socios de negocio.
Requisitos:
Competencias:
Orientación a la atención, satisfacción y experiencia del cliente. Experiencia previa en Servicio al Cliente es esencial. Uso de la tecnología y habilidades en el manejo de sistemas computarizados y/o electrónicos es altamente necesario.
Capacidad para manejar volumen de llamadas y peticiones de servicio.
Capacidades analíticas y entendimiento matemático.
Atención al detalle.
Excelentes destrezas de comunicación verbal y escritas. Etiqueta de negocio.
Empatía. Saber escuchar.
Buen manejo del tiempo. Bilingüe; español e inglés.
Bachillerato en Mercadeo, Recursos Humanos o área relacionada es preferido.
