Your role at Baxter:
The personnel is this role is responsible to execute each specific job assignment in a safe and acceptable quality manner and within expenditure of time and material, and according to all safety and GMP regulations. This includes, but not limit, material transfers, chemical reactions, distillations, sampling, and equipment cleaning.

What you'll be doing:
Execute each specific job assignment in a safe and acceptable quality manner and within expenditure of time and material, and according to all safety and GMP regulations. This includes, but not limit, material transfers, chemical reactions, distillations, sampling, and equipment cleaning.
-Document the manufacturing activities and revise accurate the required documentation (MBR's, LIMS, protocols, SOPs, Forms, Cleaning, EOA, etc.) and attend manufacturing process trainings.
-Coordinate process material transfers between control rooms and field operators. (including Tank Farm, Environmental and Manufacturing Areas).
-Follow the plant safety program and attend training related to Emergency Response Brigade, Log Out Tag Out (LOTO), Work Permit, and Medical Surveillance.
-Complete manufacturing reports (Mass Balance, Visual Board, Downtime, OEE, Lot Required).
-Coordinate process material transfers between control rooms and field operators. (including Tank Farm, Environmental and Manufacturing Areas).
Detect, react promptly and notify abnormal operating conditions. Perform field troubleshooting.
-Basic product and process knowledge.
-Support manufacturing shifts in overtime when requested by management.
What you'll bring:
Education: Technical Diploma or Associate Degree
Job Experience: Zero (0) to one (1) year experience
Language: Ability to read and understand English and Spanish
