- Encargado de trabajar con la instalación, configurar de sistemas y mantenimiento efectivo de los sistemas.
- Diariamente ofrecer apoyo a todos los asociados de la empresa
- Verificar la funcionalidad de los componentes ̈software ̈ ̈hardware ̈ y herramientas de IT.
- Monitoriar el cumplimiento de políticas, procedimiento y controles internos para las actividades de administración de los sistema.
- Realizar pruebas fuera de horas de operación para asegurarse que los aplicativos estén funcionando correctamente.
- Asiste a los empleados con inconvenientes de las computadoras respondiendo a las dudas que puedan presentar los asociados.
- Responsable de la data que utilizan los usuarios
- Experiencia con software de automatización
- Experiencia laboral demostrada en instalar, configurar y solucionar problemas en entornos basados en UNIX/Linez y sistema operativos
- Buena capacidad para crear secuencias de comando
- Buenos conocimientos de sistema de redes
- Capacitado para trabajar bajo presión y capaz responder alto volumen de trabajo
- habilidad de trabajar en equipo
- Buena comunicación verbal y escrita, interpersonal y solución de problemas.
- Estudios universitarios en informática o ingeniería en sistemas.
