    Coordinar todas las entregas de ventas locales a clientes con logística/transporte y exportaciones con "booking"/ líneas marítimas, con el proceso de documentación que corresponda (facturas comerciales SAP, "packing slips", etc.)

    Atender todas las ordenes de venta a clientes de manera oportuna cumpliendo con las fechas solicitadas/acordadas con servicio al cliente.

    Recibir, depositar en la cuenta bancaria los cheques de los clientes y enviar a MBS Panamá copia de los mismos al informar vía e-mail al Departamento de Cuentas por cobrar.

    Atender todas las requisiciones de clientes internos cumpliendo con el procedimiento de compras hasta la entrega del servicio/producto.

    Controlar, recibir y validar las facturas de los acarreadores registrandolas en SAP como costos de fletes marítimos/ terrestres y reportarlas a Cuentas por pagar.

    Dar soporte al área de producción, ventas y servicio al cliente.

    Requisitos

    Escolaridad: Carrera Técnica en áreas económico-administrativas.

    Experiencia mínima 3 años en áreas de Servicio al Cliente en empresas del sector químico o similares.

    Conocimientos sólidos en procesos de cadena de suministro y planeación.

    Manejo indispensable de Excel Avanzado.

    Manejo de plataforma SAP (Deseable).
