What You'll Do:

This role involves assisting customers in various aspects of the rental or return process at our airport lots. This could include tasks like checking cars, inputting information into handheld devices, processing rentals for our loyal customers, helping customers at exit gates or managing car returns, all while delivering top-notch customer service.

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Valid Driver's License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Effective verbal communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move around the rental lot, enter/exit vehicles for extended periods, and drive various vehicles
Must be 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States

6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus
