- Coordinate and oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering strong working relationships and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor project progress and performance against established goals and objectives, proactively identifying and addressing any deviations or challenges that may arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being performed according to project specifications and quality standards, and address any safety or compliance issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and project reports, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers to optimize project costs and timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project coordination or management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with a focus on civil engineering projects.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
