- Monitor business, economic, and industry risks affecting customer credit and business environments.
- Analyze financial statements and comprehend liquidity ratios.
- Support receivables factoring when applicable.
- Generate periodic reports showcasing credit status by business channels and identifying trends.
- Communicate credit performance matters clearly to the CFO, Controller, and management.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial data and trends.
- Maintain customer trust and safeguard company operations by preserving financial confidentiality.
- Follow the Customer-First Philosophy, Liberty PR, and LLA policies, Code of Conduct, and safety standards.
- Perform other assigned responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, and statistics.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Understanding of economic and accounting principles, credit analysis, and reporting.

What's the role?
As a Credit Analyst, you'll handle a portfolio of clients for both B2B and B2C channels across all operating entities in Puerto Rico. Your responsibilities include evaluating the financial status of potential customers, monitoring existing clients, conducting risk assessments, compiling detailed reports, and making well-informed credit decisions.
In this capacity, you'll contribute to the Liberty Latin America ("LLA") accounts and notes receivables by ensuring that credit aligns with Liberty's risk appetite and minimizing bad debt expenses. You'll collaborate with the Collections team to assess customer payment performance, identify credit risks, and suggest measures to mitigate them.

Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
2-5 years of experience in credit or finance.
