- Traducir los objetivos de negocios/mercadeo del cliente a planes de comunicaciones.
- Liderar al equipo interno de forma integrada para resolver los problemas y oportunidades de negocio del cliente.
- Vender ideas y soluciones de negocio, publicidad, entre otros; proveer recomendaciones y puntos de vista (POV) con fundamento para atender las necesidades del cliente.

- Manejar efectivamente los proyectos para asegurar que se entreguen a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto asignado.
- Iniciar gestiones con los grupos de apoyo internos y con los suplidores externos.
- Preparar en conjunto con el Director de Cuentas las propuestas de los clientes.
- Confirmar con el Departamento de Tráfico las fechas estimadas de la producción y componentes de la propuesta para desarrollar calendario de trabajo durante el proceso de preproducción del proyecto y lograr lanzamiento según planificado.
- Coordinar con el cliente la entrega de materiales necesarios para las actividades.
- Supervisar proyectos para asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos y acuerdos detallados en la propuesta.
- Participar/colaborar en las presentaciones de nuevos negocios.
- Capacidad para investigar y descubrir oportunidades y tendencias de comunicación.
- Mantener el control de los costos según el presupuesto del proyecto y contactar al cliente para aprobación de costos adicionales a los estipulados.
- Conocer sus marcas, categoría y mantenerse al día de lo que sucede en ella, de manera que pueda aportar a las discusiones y estrategias de ejecución de sus marcas.
- Mantener el control de sus proyectos por medio de informes de status recurrentes, calendario de trabajo, monitoreo de presupuesto y facturación al cierre de los mismos y posevaluación.
- Una vez acordado el calendario de trabajo, encargarse de dar seguimiento y que el proyecto corra según planificado. Si surgiera algún imprevisto, notificar a la mayor brevedad posible y sugerir soluciones antes de que sean solicitadas.
- Entre otras tareas que podrán ser asignadas de tiempo en tiempo a discreción del patrono y la necesidad operacional de la agencia.

RESUMEN DEL PUESTO
Responsable de organizar y mantener una buena relación con el cliente. Organizará pedidos y estrategias que soliciten los clientes y se asegurará de cumplir con lo solicitado por el cliente.
Para poder ejecutar y cumplir con los procesos establecidos por la empresa, estará trabajando en conjunto con los Departamentos de Medios Digitales, Medios Tradicionales, Producción, Creativo y Planificación Estratégica.
La persona utilizará la comunicación asertiva con excelentes destrezas en inglés y español, verbales y escritas. Fomentará una comunicación respetuosa y eficaz con mensajes claros y precisos que propicien credibilidad.
Mantendrá una buena comunicación con los equipos, siendo empático con actitud positiva, destrezas de liderazgo y de manejo de conflictos para la resolución de problemas.
Establecerá metas y participará en la planificación de tareas para el cumplimiento de fechas límites. Se mantendrá al día con los procesos que maneja y completará sus tareas con mínima supervisión.
Elaborará estrategias para mejorar procesos en beneficio del equipo. Tendrá capacidad para influir, motivar, organizar y accionar para lograr cumplir con los objetivos individuales y grupales.
