- Bachelor's degree in business management or engineering, MBA a plus
- Minimum 10 years of experience in technical sales, with increasing experience in leadership roles.
- Familiarity with dynamics within a network of distributors and dealers of premiums brands of OEMs in markets such as construction, industrial, power.
- Proficiency in logistics, inventory management, and related processes.
- Industry expertise across diverse customer segments.
- Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Willingness to work in-person and travel internationally as required.
