    Main Purpose:

    1.Ensure a timely execution as well as a sustainable and consistent
    accomplishment of the Annual Maintenance Plan.
    2.Guarantee a flawless Maintenance Budget control and execution process.
    3.Ensure a strict adherence and compliance with Puma HSE standards.
    4.Improve Equipment availability and reliability while ensuring the lowest TCO
    (Total Cost of Ownership).
    5.Ensure effectiveness and quality Control of the job executed by the Contractor
    or by Puma personnel.

    Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

    Key Roles:

    1 – MAINTENANCE SCHEDULING .

  • Optimum scheduling of field/site visits.
  • Prepare the Maintenance Scheduling for the next 3 months.
  • Review of the Backlog Management in QV (WO, WO/SR, Manhours, etc).
  • Receive and Plan work/service orders from Territory Managers.
  • Generation of preventive WO.

    • 2 - WORK MANAGEMENT .

  • Evaluation of " Service/Work Requests" generated in TAG.
  • Authorization and generation of corrective WO in TAG.
  • Define criticality of corrective Work Orders.
  • Assign contractors and resources for the execution of Corrective and Preventive WO.
  • Follow-up of the whole WO cycle.
  • Audit and ensure full compliance of the Annual Maintenance Plan
  • Carry out unannounced visit to the field in order to audit the planned and corrective works.
  • Sites or SS to visit are chosen based on its criticality rate. (vol. sales/# of failure matrix)
  • In case of emergencies, lead the coordination, assignment, work execution and follow-up, either via phone or email.
  • Periodic revision and timely follow-up of e-mails and other type of correspondence.
  • Effective and timely Communication with Maintenance Contractors or Service Providers.
  • Review and approve Contractor's end of Corrective Work report.
  • Closing WO in TAG (corrective WO).
  • Perform root cause and failure analysis for the corrective WO.

    • 3 – FIELD OR SITE SUPERVISION.

  • Gather and provide feedback to the Dealer, at the work site.
  • Field visits to verify HSE, Quality of Contractor's work, Validation of installed Spare Parts.
  • Revision of Maintenance Projects progress.
  • Field Inspection of Maintenance Projects.
  • Carry out weekly inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve potential issues that could lead to failures.
  • Ensure project criteria and goals are meet within established timelines and budget.

    • 4 – PROCUREMENT PROCESSES.

  • Define SOW in order to request offers/bids from suppliers.
  • Revision and evaluation of offers.
  • Generation of POs in NAV.
  • Timely PO Tracking with Procurement Department.
  • Close monitoring of Payment process to contractors or suppliers (verify invoice vs. PO prior for payment approval to Contractor or service provider or parts supplier).

    • 5 – MEETINGS / COMMUNICATION.

  • Monthly meeting with contractors or service providers (based on monthly analysis results and performance evaluation).
  • Meeting with local and regional Maintenance teams.
  • Meeting with Dealers / VPM as needed.
  • Monthly Health, Safety and Environmental meeting participation.

    • 6 – MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT / CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT .

  • Contractor administration (Contractor Service Level Agreed Control in QV) .
  • Preparation of the Weekly Report (Engineering and HSE).
  • Revision and analysis of KPIs and reports in QV. (MTBF. MTTR, Availability)
  • Follow-up of HSE incidents (HSE Compliance).
  • QV failure analysis, failure trends and identification of Bad-Actors.
  • Develop, execute and follow-up action plans in order to mitigate or eliminate bad actors.
  • Monitor and control the Annual Maintenance Plan execution and compliance (QV).
  • Monitor and control the Maintenance Budget Execution (in QV).
  • Investigate and correct differences.
  • Implement an effective autonomous maintenance program at the service station.

    • 7 – SPECIAL PROJECTS (CAPEX/OPEX)

    Management of special projects ensuring that the processes met according to the standards, regulations, quality control.

  • Water Intrusion Program
  • Dispenser Program
  • UST Program (Installation/Removals)
  • Rebranding Program
  • Construction Project as Assigned
  • B2B/LPG/Marinas

    • Other responsabilities:

    Responsible for ensuring that the contractors/service providers remain up to date with all training certifications necessary for the required type of work. The Maintenance Supervisor is also expected to be a brand conformity ambassador and ensure consistency across the network especially on items that may not have been reported. Actively participate in other type of Puma initiatives and/or assigned Projects. Identify training needs, schedule sessions, meetings or presentations, supervise and keep his/her own team motivated. Promote a collaborative and healthy atmosphere between the team. Monthly Report:

  • Equipment Performance and Maintenance Costs.
  • Percentage of compliance of the the Annual Maintenance Plan. (Irrespective if the job is executed by the contractor or Puma Team).
  • Maintenance KPIs performance (Target KPIs vs Actuals).
  • Budget execution (Budget vs Actuals, per Equipment Hierarchy, per Equipment Group)
  • Failure Analysis.
  • WO Backlog report.

    • Key Relationships and Department Overview:

  • Internal – OPS Manager, Construction Manager, Retail Manager and staff, Procurement supervisor
  • External – Key maintenance and part suppliers in construction and materials, External staff of engineers.
