    Description

    Our Energy & Industrial Group (EIG) supports industry-leading projects in various sectors. We are dedicated to advancing technologies in renewable energy, carbon capture, and hydrogen power to decarbonize the industry. Our teams provide detailed engineering services for PV solar projects, carbon capture technologies, and green hydrogen production. Join us in leading the way towards a more sustainable future!

    Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Leading Mechanical Engineering design efforts for a team of engineers
    • Working on challenging assignments to solve mechanical engineering issues
    • Acting as the Mechanical team lead in detailed design phases
    • Developing integrated systems designs and technical specifications
    • Performing independent reviews of work and providing guidance to others
    • Coordinating reviews of existing facilities and proposing upgrades
    • Sharing knowledge with other engineers to support career development
    • Guiding less experienced engineers in their development

    Qualifications

    Essential skills and experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required; Masters degree preferred
    • Seven or more years experience in mechanical engineering systems design
    • Three or more years experience leading an engineering design team
    • Must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English
    • Technically knowledgeable of available equipment and design software
    • Experience serving as firm/client liaison and reviewing design drawings

      • Valued but not required skills and experience:

    • Puerto Rico PE license
    • Construction and start-up experience
    • Commissioning experience
