- Provide a personalized customer experience by using effective questioning and attentive listening skills to meet customer needs and ensure high satisfaction levels while following company policies.
- Educate customers on digital solutions and self-service options available.
- Handle a variety of customer inquiries to deliver excellent service, support, and expert advice on products, as well as identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure all transactions adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Promote and offer information on the bank's products, services, and channels, while referring customers to the appropriate sales team when needed.
- Document customer interactions and inquiries in the bank's systems.
- Escalate customer issues to management as necessary.
- Provide high-quality service to both external customers and colleagues.
- Perform additional assigned tasks as needed.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or sales; retail background preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of banking or financial products and services is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other business applications.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Flexible work schedule, including weekends and overtime.
