Descripción general del puesto:
Ofrece servicio a los clientes que visitan o se comunican con el área de Reclamaciones de acuerdo a la naturaleza de su solicitud.
Deberes y responsabilidades esenciales:
Recibe a los visitantes, los registra y determina la naturaleza de la visita para orientarlos sobre el proceso a seguir y documentos a entregar.
Asiste al cliente a completar sus documentos.
Contesta y canaliza sus llamadas y las de los ajustadores, aunque no sean de su área.
Notifica y ofrece seguimiento a personal responsable de atender a los clientes en espera.
Documenta en sistema las gestiones realizadas en la reclamación.
Recibe, digitaliza y distribuye la correspondencia recibida en la oficina.
Codifica reclamaciones, coordina citas y cambios a través de sistema.
Solicita inspecciones en sistema.
Genera cheques de reclamaciones y gestiona firmas según necesario.
Entrega cheques y envía cheques de pago por reclamaciones por correo.
Realiza otras tareas administrativas según sea requerido, tales como, archivar y fotocopiar documentos.
Cumple con los procedimientos operacionales estándar (SOP) y se asegura que los procesos se lleven según planificados.
Asiste a otras áreas del negocio en la prestación de servicio (ej. Call Center), según necesidad.
Participa en tareas y/o proyectos especiales, según solicitado.
Educación y/o experiencias:
Grado Asociado en Administración de Empresas y un (1) año de experiencia en áreas relacionadas a Servicio al Cliente o cualquier combinación de educación y experiencia equivalente.
Conocimiento básico sobre las líneas de negocio y productos de la Compañía.
Excelentes destrezas interpersonales, servicio y manejo de público.
Amplio conocimiento en el manejo de sistemas de computadora y manejo del teclado.
Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y colaboración con otros.
Destrezas para manejar múltiples tareas simultáneamente y trabajar bajo presión.
Idioma:
Dominio del idioma español y habilidad para comunicarse en inglés tanto oral como escrito.
