Descripción
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, register their information, and determine the purpose of their visit to guide them on the process and documents needed.
Assist clients in completing their documents and forms.Answer and direct calls, including those for adjusters not directly in your area.
Notify and follow up with personnel responsible for attending to waiting clients.
Document actions taken in claims processing in the system.
Receive, digitize, and distribute correspondence in the office.
Code claims, coordinate appointments and changes via the system.
Request inspections in the system.
Generate and manage signatures for claims checks as needed.
Deliver checks and mail payment checks for claims.
Perform other administrative duties as required, such as filing and photocopying documents.
Requisitos:
Education and Experience:
Associate degree in Business Administration and one (1) year of experience in customer service or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Fluency in Spanish and the ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.Skills Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and public management.
Proficient in computer systems and keyboard management.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Capable of working under pressure.
