- Análisis del posicionamiento de nuestras marcas de Licores y la información de los consumidores.
- Contribución a la definición y comunicación de nuestra visión y misión.
- Conversión de elementos de la marca en planes y estrategias de lanzamiento de marcas al mercado.
- Definir la imagen de la marca e investigar información sobre los consumidores para crear campañas de marketing innovadoras.
- Crear estrategias para atraer a nuestros clientes y clientes potenciales, así como mejorar la experiencia del cliente.
- Orientar al equipo de promociones sobre la identidad de las marcas para lograr actividades de marketing efectivas.
- Liderar el desarrollo creativo para motivar al público objetivo a "llevar a cabo acciones"
- Establecer especificaciones de rendimiento, parámetros de costes y precios, aplicaciones de mercado y estimados o proyecciones de ventas.
- Medir e informar del funcionamiento de todas las campañas de marketing y evaluar la rentabilidad de la inversión y los KPI.
- Monitorizar tendencias del mercado, hacer investigaciones de los mercados de los consumidores y las actividades de los competidores.
- Supervisar las actuales y nuevas actividades de marketing y publicidad.
- Monitorizar la distribución de productos y las reacciones de los consumidores.
- Idear estrategias de crecimiento innovadoras.
- Bachillerato o maestría en Marketing.
- Experiencia en manejo de presupuesto e informes de ventas.
- Experiencia laboral demostrable como gerente de marca o asistente de gerente de marca especificamente de licores.
- Capacidad demostrada para desarrollar estrategias de marca y de marketing y comunicar eficazmente recomendaciones a directivos.
- Experiencia con la identificación de públicos objetivo y la elaboración de campañas eficaces.
- Amplia capacidad analítica y mente creativa.
- Mentalidad orientada a los datos e interés por los números, estadísticas e informes de venta.
- Notables habilidades de comunicación.
- Al día en cuanto a las últimas tendencias y mejores prácticas relacionadas con el marketing.
