- First Year: Local Strategic Projects (Content and approach depends on the Function: Commercial, Sales, Finance, Customer Experience, T&I)
- Second Year: Regional Projects This will be fast-paced and demanding, but we will also provide the right support and guidance during the journey.
- Develop a channel strategy considering the changing conditions in the marketplace
- Understand and document the business aspiration for the channel
- Document and track the objective for the channel with timelines for achievement
- Develop action plans to achieve the objectives
- Complete a customer journey map
- Mentoring: We will assign a mentor at the beginning of the program to guide you while you navigate the LLA culture and matrix and support you with technical, business, and leadership knowledge.
- Leadership Exposure: We want to share your contribution to our leaders. As part of the program, the outcomes and lessons of each project will be shared by a Leadership Committee.
- Career Development Workshops and E-Learning Support with a curated learning path for the program to unleash your personal strengths.
- You recently received your bachelor's degree. Your degree will most likely be in business administration, marketing, or engineering, but we will also look at other disciplines.
- You have completed a maximum of two years in a professional setting, such as an internship, apprenticeship, or work experience, or you have recently started your job and are looking for a way to advance your career and be challenged.
- You speak English & Spanish fluently.
- You're a team player who enjoys challenges and has excellent communication skills. You're also a quick learner.

What does the job entail?
In our LPR Graduate Program, you'll immerse yourself in a variety of business projects and have plenty of opportunities to interact with top management for two years. The program consists of two stages.
As a Graduate in the Commercial Track, you can be assigned to projects in the different channels: B2B, B2C, Wholesale, Retail. Part of your responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
