- Senior Project Manager
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Define project objectives and scope.
- Allocate resources and manage project teams.
- Monitor project progress and report on status.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Lead project meetings and facilitate effective collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
- Bachelor's degree in civil, electrical, mechanical or chemical engineering with not less than 10 years of experience in the field of project management.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion.
- Experience in construction management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software/tools.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
