- Project Scheduler
- Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
- Collaborate with project managers to understand project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Work with project teams to identify project activities, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed to reflect changes in scope, schedule, or resources.
- Analyze schedule data to identify potential risks and issues, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular updates on project schedule status and performance to project stakeholders.
- Conduct schedule risk analysis and develop contingency plans to address potential schedule delays.
- Support project managers in identifying opportunities to optimize project schedules and improve project delivery processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in project scheduling or project management.
- Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze schedule data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
