- Explore lead attribution models and understand customer propensity to buy.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to understand lead generation strategies and assist in optimizing MQL criteria for enhanced SAL conversion.
- Support in evaluating and refining lead attribution models to track touchpoints across the customer journey effectively.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to identify skill/knowledge gaps and successes.
- Aid in establishing metrics and KPIs to assess lead quality, sales pipeline velocity, revenue attribution, seller learning strategy, and seller effectiveness.
- Work closely with team members to help improve lead handoff processes and contribute ideas for increasing conversion rates.
- Assist in utilizing data analysis tools to evaluate customer behavior, customer buying patterns, and seller effectiveness.
- Contribute to creating reports and dashboards that illustrate key performance indicators and assist in decision-making processes.
- Learn and adapt to industry trends, market changes, and customer preferences to support the team's strategies.
