    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part Time Sales Administrative Assistant to support our sales Manager. As a Sales Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our sales department, providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation. Your role is critical in facilitating the team's ability to successfully communicate with clients and manage sales activities.
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for sales meetings and presentations.
  • Handle cold calling, correspondence and inquiries.
  • Support the sales team in achieving their sales targets.
  • Process orders and candidates sourcing to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all orders-related documents.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be adept at scheduling and email management, and possess the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Responsibilities include managing calendars, arranging meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with personal tasks as needed.
  • Preferred experience in a similar role is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
